../James D. Berlus, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

James D. Berlus has a degree in Business and a Masters in Business/Information Technology Management. He also in the process of obtaining his certification in Project Management. Mr. Berlus worked for some of the largest corporations in the United States such as Merrill Lunch, where he maintained web applications and Compaq hardware monitoring applications. He brings the experience of ensuring large corporate system performance using various mission criticality tools. He was involved in high level implementations and was responsible for the installation and support of several Merrill Lynch internal web based applications. Mr. Berlus also served as a Help Desk Consultant for Cap Gemini, where he recognized that the demand for technology support for small and medium sized enterprises is enormous. He is our Visionary.

../Jean-Claude Boursiquot, Founder and President/CIO

Jean-Claude Boursiquot has a bachelors degree in MIS. Mr. Boursiquot has significant software experience and management skills developed as the Assistant Director of MIS, LAN/WAN and Training (MIS) group for Odyssey House, Inc. His experience allows him special insight into the needs, goals, and requirements of Small/Medium Enterprises. Mr. Boursiquot trained company employees in various Microsoft software packages, operating systems, and various third-party enterprise applications. Mr. Boursiquot has performed all types of high level system maintenance on UNIX based networks, servers, and workstations. His extensive experience proves to be especially valuable in day-to-day operations at B-MAS. He is our Swiss Army Knife.

../Henry Noel Jr, Chief Financial Officer

Henry Noel Jr. before coming to B-MAS, Henry was a Vice President at MCC Securities, a boutique investment bank specializing in providing small, early stage enterprises with access to capital. Prior to MCC Securities, Mr. Noel worked for Merrill Lynch & Co as a Financial Advisor and for CoreExpress as an In-house Equity Analyst/Business Development, Manager. Mr. Noel began his career as a Bond Analyst with TIAA-CREF, a large Asset Management firm. In that capacity he assisted Senior Portfolio Managers in the selection, evaluation and overall management of securities in a Fixed Income portfolio. Mr. Noel has BA in Business Administration and an MBA from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

../Guy Durand, Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Durand evaluated, designed and configured multiple Debian Linux, Cyrus IMAP, and Postfix MTA servers. Mr. Durand has over 11 years of computer technology experience and has an extensive knowledge of opensource software and network security, setting up complex routing tables. Mr. Durand has implemented OpenLDAP and setup centralized monitoring of hosts and services via Nagios; PDA integration; Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator. Has a System Administrator of Linux, Solaris 8 and Windows 2000 Professional servers Mr. Durand have installed applications such as Oracle (on 2000), MySQL, PostgresSQL, content management software, TCP/IP, configuration of DNS, Apache, Sendmail, PHP, SAMBA, and NFS. Mr. Durand has lead many projects; designed many systems, conceptualized many projects design and implementation. He has an extensive heterogeneous environment experience.
